A cheap way to destroy a good car or a unique way of modifying?
What are your thoughts on this new wave of rat-looked cars with their rusty bonnets and tatty bodywork, does it appeal to you and would you ever contemplate owning or modifying a car in such a way?
Share your thoughts on our forums where a discussion is currently taking place.

It has been decided after an idea a club member (Kanie) had at ISTS that we are to have a go at building and modifying a club project car, hopefully one to have as a club track car for the club members.
Slick our North Yorkshire staff member has kindly donated his Rover which would have ended up in scrap for us to strip and rebuild. Maybe not the most powerful car in the world for a track car but is within our budget between members for a project car and I am sure all members who are involved will have a good laugh throughout.
Anyone willing to donate money or labour to the project get yourself known on the forums and put your ideas forth to the rest of us.
Everyone is welcome to join in.

Well the weekend is over and MYOC’s first car show of the year went down a treat, even the odd out break of rain couldn’t dampen the atmosphere in our group.
The show as a whole was good although there were a few problems, one of which being MYOC trying to cram 8 cars into a space which in our opinion would fit 6 comfortably.
Anyway the pictures will be up shortly once I ahve converted and cropped them as over 700 to sieve through. Anyone wishing to attend Modified Nationals next month please get your money in asap so a stand can be booked.
